Bartlett asks Kirsty out on a date but she tells him she just wants a professional relationship with him.
However, when Bartlett finds out Kirsty is dating Miles, Bartlett gets completely jealous and starts to tell her off for little mistakes she makes at work.
After two official warnings, Bartlett fires Kirsty after finding her taking some money from the school’s petty cash.
