Tonight the bottom 12 have just 45 minutes to invent a dish that will wow the judges. The pressure hits one contestant who crumbles with nerves and can’t even select ingredients. All those that remain move on to their next challenge; a test of taste. George makes his signature spaghetti bolognaise and the contestants must guess all 18 ingredients that it contains. The worst performers are singled out and the bottom group face another elimination tomorrow.
