The bottom group find themselves at Sydney’s famous fish markets for a high octane challenge against the clock. Tough for all, the challenge is particularly intense for one contestant who is a fisherman in real life. Mess up here and he’s out.
With just two hours to shop, get back to the kitchen and cook a two course seafood meal, the pace is fast and furious and the contestants must present their dishes to Matt Preston and a special guest judge.
