Q&A At Melbourne Writers’ Festival

For the first time, Q&A will be broadcast live from the Melbourne Writers’ Festival on Thursday 27 August 2009 at 9.30pm AEST on ABC1.

Host Tony Jones will be joined in Melbourne by a panel of acclaimed authors and discerning readers – including some literate politicians.

Tony said: “We’re very pleased to be part of one of Australia’s premier literary events, and to have the opportunity to bring a bit of Q&A action to the Festival.”

Viewers will be encouraged to put their questions to the panel via the Q&A website (www.abc.net.au/tv/qanda).
