Actor Al Pacino will feature in a new TV ad campaign for Australia’s Vittoria coffee which will debut during an episode of MasterChef.
The Oscar-winning actor has signed on to front the advertising campaign for the Australian brand which will be shown down under.
Adding to the prestige is the fact that Pacino was shot by filmmaker Barry Levinson (Rain Man) for the advertisements, with filming taking place in New York’s Greenwich Village a few weeks ago.
Pacino believes he is the right man for the job.
“I drink coffee all the time, so I think that should qualify me as someone who knows about coffee.” he said.
The first TV ad will be screened during the MasterChef episode on July 12.
