Collingwood vs Geelong live on Seven in Melbourne

Channel 7 will show Friday night’s Preliminary Final clash Collingwood versus Geelong live into Melbourne from 7.30pm.

“Friday night’s Preliminary Final promises to be another epic finals clash in front of a massive MCG crowd, and the much-loved Better Homes & Garden will be seen Saturday at 6.30pm,” said Channel 7 Melbourne General Manager Lewis Martin.

    agreed. Steve – has channel 7 advised their reasoning for their delayed football coverage in sydney and brisbane? i know its rugby league homeland but considering their will be 2 brisbane/qld teams next year they might want to show sport viewers some respect.

    Seven know it won’t rate well in these markets so they hold it off. Subject to changes in anti-siphoning laws, they should be able to show games live on 7mate next year while having alternative main channel programming for Syndey and Brisbane. Usually they are also live on Foxtel in Sydney and Brisbane.
