Panic at Rock island is not a zombie movie

Despite reports elsewhere, Throng can reveal that Channel Nine’s new telemovie Panic at Rock Island is not a zombie movie.

Dave Gibson, one of the producers working on the movie told Throng 

As the New Zealand producer of the project I can assure you there are no zombies!

As the press release originally says:

Set on a spectacular island in Sydney Harbour, Panic At Rock Island tells the story of a hot summer’s day when a lineup of top acts play for music fans from around the world. It’s all idyllic until unimaginable disaster strikes when a deadly virus is discovered on the island. Its symptoms are shocking and it brings swift and painful death.

So is Panic at Rock Island a Zombie movie? Apparently not.

Panic at Rock Island will air on Channel Nine later in the year.
