The new bodies are identified as Paula and Annette and police have to tell their families the horrific news.
They have no evidence to go on, but are investigating Tom Stephens who is behaving very strangely towards the media.

Further DNA matching leads police to a man who was not even on their radar and Nina realises she was in the killer’s flat, but had a lucky escape. She vows to beat her drug addiction for good.
