James Martin continues on his travels in his airstream trailer round the province of Champagne exploring the culinary heart of France.
This week he goes back to the City of Rheims where he meets up again with Frenchman Daniel. After a very fruitful stop off on the high-sloping, sun-drenched vineyards, James and Daniel taste and partake in the Champagne grape harvest.
They then visit the local markets to get some fresh fish. Back at the trailer, James prepares a warm scallops and red mullet citrus salad drizzled with a champagne dressing, while Daniel hits back with an inspired combination of pan-fried cod, smoked sausage and choucroute.
