New content rules. Ten’s new NCIS over 1.4 million is most watched show for the night, with Seven’s My Kitchen Rules third behind Seven News. Despite an exclusive interview last night, ACA still languished far behind rival Today Tonight. Parenthood didn’t do we well for Seven, losing ground to NCIS at 8.30, not recovering for the second episode – which was in fact beaten by an encore of Hawaii Five-O – which, when combined with its Sunday night audience, has now reached around 2 million viewers.
In digitals, GO suffered dearly with its mixed up Tuesday night movie night landing 5th amongst the digital channels. Movies on digital channels will struggle to hold the high audiences they have enjoyed over summer as people return to the main channels for new content. 7TWO remains consistently strong on Tuesday nights with its classic UK line up.
With no new content on Nine, and a poor performance by GO, the Nine network landed third in network shares, with Ten second. Seven easily took first place again.
