FOXTEL announced today that Deborah Hutton will present a range of special royal programming throughout April on its Bio. channel to celebrate the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton.
The specials are the first in a series of programming initiatives that Hutton will host throughout 2011 on the channel.
Hutton said: “I’m very pleased to be able to work with FOXTEL and the Bio Channel in presenting some exciting events over the course of the year. Bio has always been a personal favourite of mine offering intelligent, human stories which never fail to capture your attention. The lead up to Kate & Will’s wedding is no different. It’s the perfect introduction to a day to remember”.
In June, the accomplished presenter will front ‘Bio on Stage’, a special block of programs in conjunction with the Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
Deborah Hutton first appeared on the cover of Australian Cosmopolitan at 16. Since then, Deborah has become one of the most recognisable and best-known personalities of modern Australia.
For more than 10 years Deborah represented the Myer Grace Bros Department store group as their national ambassador and spokesperson and in June 1994 the Nine Network approached Deborah to present the series Looking Good. Since then, Deborah has hosted the top rating Location Location, Amazing Homes and Celebrity Overhaul and appeared on programs including Fresh and Getaway.
Deborah was an editor for The Australian Women’s Weekly for more than a decade and is currently brand ambassador for Olay Regenerist.
And now, with the big day fast approaching, Deborah will take viewers through an amazing array of exclusive television specials that will help paint an intimate picture of the lovable Prince, his family and his soon-to-be blushing bride.
