Eliminated MasterChef contestant Alex Glasson is shifting his focus on to developing an “automated cooking machine”.
The former industrial machinist is setting his sights on producing the device that is the first step in creating “the kitchen of the future”.
Glasson, who departed the Channel Ten series last night, has put his Perth home on the market as he hopes to raise enough money for a move to Melbourne and to set the ball rolling on his just-add-ingredients device that is currently at the drawing board stage.
“I’m putting the house on the market,” he said. “Patents don’t come cheap.”
