New cast member coming to Neighbours

Neighbours has announced the introduction of Orpheus Pledger to the cast.

The 18-year-old actor will come to Erinsborough as a guest character going by the name of Noah Parkin, who will cause a little trouble at Erinsborough High.

Pledger filmed his first scenes for the soap alongside Kaiya Jones (Sophie Ramsay) last week.

Neighbours executive producer Susan Bower said of Pledger’s arrival: “We are very excited about Noah, he is certainly different from our regular characters and Orpheus fits the role perfectly.”

She added: “I can promise viewers they are going to love this storyline.”

His first scenes will air in Australia in July.
