Eva Milic has been confirmed as the replacement at Nine News Brisbane for departing weekend presenter Heather Foord.
The Gold Coast journo will take on the role alongside her usual duties fronting the network’s Coast bulletin from Wednesday to Friday.
“It was a little unexpected and it did feel a little like deja vu but really positively because I did enjoy my time in Brisbane and now that [my 18-month-old daughter] Lucia is bit older I’m really looking forward to sinking my teeth into it again,” Milic said.
“I was instantly so excited about the opportunity and I just don’t think you can knock back an opportunity that comes your way.”
