Australia’s Got Talent finalist Jack Vidgen is said to be guaranteed a record deal whether he wins or loses the final of the Seven talent series next week.
Sony is said to have been following the 14-year-old’s progress throughout the series and is expected to sign him as early as tonight.
Vidgen will sing at the Sony Foundation charity cocktail at Kirribilli House tonight and it is expected that a deal will be announced.
The winner of Australia’s Got Talent is set to be announced on Tuesday night’s episode, with voting closing at noon on Friday for the 10 finalists.
Sony have yet to comment on any deal.
