Tonight there is a Sarah Mail, telling the girls to rise and shine as it is time to focus on a new week  and focus on mind, body and spirit. The girls say they are not morning people – wrong job then lovlies!

Dressing in sports wear the girls head in cars to a park on the harbour with Charlotte Dawson. The week will start off with yoga! Miranda Kerr’s yoga teacher, Charlotte Dodson enters and teaches the yoga philosophy and chants etc. The girls look uncomfortable.

Caroline says she has a bad knee – think is faking as does tutor, I would too. The girls go home to mountains of gifts from sponsors.

Sarah Mail arrives again – You can not always control what goes on outside, but you can control what goes on inside. Be ready to meet at St James station!

The girls are to become live mannequins at David Jones in Sydney. They must come up with 5 different poses that they hold for 3 minutes. The winner will be the most focused, poised, balanced and innovative. They go to hair and make up thinking how to pose.

Gosh any more DJ’s promos? Too Much! Jess looks like a youg Sarah O’Hare. Sarah turns up with model Samantha Harris and the girls loose focus.

The girls change positions yet some are winning and others failing. Hazel wants to faint.

Izzy can’t wear her jacket and is emotional as her hair stained it – she must be spraying it. Yet was best poser.

A creepy guy comes up to the window and takes his shirt off in front of Madeline – who remains poker faced through out! Good on her. He then tries to distract Montana who is grossed out. Poor Annaliese has a runny nose and can’t do anything about it. Poor girl.

Sarah is impressed by all the girls and Samantha Harris returns. The winner will gaet a $500 DJ’s gift card. Samantha announces that Jess has won.

The girls head to a graveyard and are told about their photo shoot. They will be photographed inside a coffin. Izzy is excited – her boyfriend has three coffins at his house. What the? Others are freaked out. They head to the studio.

So who will be dead hot? The girls stylist, Kelly, says the theme will be Lady Gaga in a coffin. The clothes, hair and makeup will be full on.

Yolanda thinks she looks like a crazy person and she’s spot on – she’s wearing a yellow print unitard. Simone is up first and is quite excited as this will be the best she will ever look in a coffin. She goes well.

Some are lacking energy and Neo struggles. She removes her Afro wig and improves. She is told by Josh, not to let styling effect her performance if she wants to stay in the competition.

Caroline is really sick but gets on with the job, but doesn’t live up to the madness they want. Madeline isn’t bringing it either. Kelly, the stylist reminds the girls that the brief was Gaga and no-one is bringing it. The girls are shocked.

Liz is scared of doing Gaga, but she screams and she delivers. They have a shot at last. Yolanda does well while Tayah goes all out! Tayah wants to proove herself as not just a Dolly cover, she is excellent.

Izzy is up, and in her element and knows that the judges will expect the most from her. I think Tayah and Liz have done the best.

Now for the elimination, where one will go home. Judging is Charlotte, Alex and Instyle Magazines fashion stylist, Kelly Hume.

Alissandra – she doesn’t like her shot, she thinks she looks frumpy. The judges agree.
Rachel – says she tried to be sexy and looks amazing in her photo. It’s very high fashion.
Tayah – after all that hard work the photo is boring. She thinks her photo looks sultry, the judges don’t like it at all.
Neo – Charlotte says she fulfilled the brief and the photo is strong. Kelly critisises her for not being able to get a shot with the wig on.
Simone – Simone likes her photo and she has pulled off a fantastic photo. Sarah thinks she looks like Gwen Stefani. Charlotte says it’s the right side of slutty!
Montana – The judges wanted her to stand out more and it’s a pretty average shot. Charlotte says it’s not Gaga but blah-blah. Sarah likes the mystery in it.
Liz – her screaming has given her a great picture and Sarah says she is the only girl today that has brought it. She looks like the evil dead in the most fabulous way!
Izzy – She thinks it’s Gaga-esque. Not so the judges, they say it’s her worst picture, she’s lost it in the face and Charlotte says it’s ugly – cue tears and excuses.

The judges then review the rest of the photos:
Jess – it’s beautiful and one of the best of the week.
Amelia – had a great shot and has mad her less mainstream to Charlotte.
Annaliese – she’s getting thereand the photo is very pretty.
Caroline – It looks like she’s having a nap, it’s dated and not happening at all.
Yolanda – looks fabulous and it’s gorgeous.
Madeline – looks cheap.
Hazel – bad week last week and this week, but, Alex has faith in her.

Up comes Izzy and Sarah and Charlotte don’t even want to look at it.

Liz wins best picture of the week. Izzy is in the bottom 3 but is declared safe by Sarah. Alissandra and Tayah are the bottom two.

Alissandra is safe and Tayah is heading home. Next week is make over week!
