Ella Bache CEO. Pippa Hallas. great grand niece of Ella Bache herself, decides to go undercover to see how the practises and regulations directed by head office are implemented in many of the brand’s franchises. On her travels Pippa meets some inspiring staff members, including Sharina. an 18 year old who was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and almost died; and Jen. a dedicated teacher at the Ella Bache clinic, who was trained by Pippa’s grandmother, Edith Hallas.
