Even if not a fan of Madonna or gridiron, Madonna’s performance at the Super Bowl was truly spectacular – even if she did trip. Something always happens at Super Bowl though – Roseanne singing the National Anthem, Nipplegate ??
Madonna started off in a gladiator inspired outfit and sang (over prominent backing track) Vogue before a little trip and going into Music with LMFAO. The dancing and art direction were amazing – it was in every sense of the word a performance. Madonna now in her third costume, was then joined by Nicki Minaj in a duet called Give Me All Your Love.
For the finale Madge was joined by Cee-Lo Green for Like a Prayer, with an audience that was clearly won over. Super Bowl XLVI is shown again tonight on ONE at 10.30pm
