After last week’s shock elimination of Erin McNaught – we will have our second elimination tonight! Let’s get into it!
First up tonight is -
Brian Mannix / Melanie Hooper
Dance – Jive to Elvis’ “Blue Suede Shoes”
Todd = 7/10 – Not the most technical dancer but entertaining and has great showmanship.

Joshua = 7/10 – You alway give us a memorable moment.
=21/30
Vogue Williams / Christopher Page
Dance – Viennese waltz to “Three Words” by Sunshine State
Todd = 7/10 – A really pretty and elegant dance. More sweeping movements would have made the crowd go wild.
Helen = 7/10 – Lacked the sweeping movement of a true Viennese waltz – and an improvement
Joshua = 7/10 – Improving again – don’t hold back from the acting side.
=21/30
Caine Eckstein / Jess Prince
Dance – Tango to “Somebody Told Me” by the Killers
I loved IT!
Todd = 6/10 – Needs more – feeling nothing – needs to let loose! Need to camp it up like Oxford Street – HAHA!
Helen = 7/10 – Very impressed and best so far. His attention wandered as his shirt ripped.
Joshua = 7/10 – Handling the choreography well and has the ability to be the best male in the comp. His personality is not showing though.

She’s stunning and such a beautiful dancer and is now wearing heels!

Helen = 8/10 – A joy to watch and open to learning. A beautiful foxtrot!
Joshua = 8/10 – You danced itbeautifully, but the connection between the two didn’t connect.

Johnny Ruffo / Luda Kroiter
She outshines him without a doubt, he may as well be a mannequin!
Dance – Rumba to “Man in the Mirror” by Michael Jackson
Todd = 7/10 – Has huge potential but seems to be cruising. Didn’t nail it – was lame.
Helen = 7/10 – Agrees with Todd. Need more of a clear mental picture.
Joshua = 8/10 – Disagrees with both and think he did a great job and is a star. Watch concentration though.

Dance – Samba to Lady Gaga’s “Alejandro”
WOW! She could win this!
Todd = 9/10 – Wants her to be more playful and join in the fun!
Helen = 9/10 – One of the few celebs that hasn’t struggled with the samba. It’s a hard dance and she did – wants more cheekiness. Fab!
Joshua = 9/10 – Gaga over her – was sexy, exotic and playful.

Shannon Noll / Elena Samodanova
Dance – Foxtrot to “True Blue” by John Williamson.
Todd = 5/10 – Great song choice a known as “Guy from the Land” but thinks can do so much more. Blames Elena for not supporting him.
Helen = 5/10 – Helen agrees, elena needs to do more – is iit a language barrier? It’s her job to make him shine.
Joshua = 5/10 – OMG they massacre her but Josh thins was an honest and sincere performance from the heart.
=15/30 – Todd say that he feels like he is watching SBS – eluding to Elena’s Russian accent. That is uncalled for!
