Tonight is the second last audition before the semi finals start next week on Wednesday at 7.30pm, on Seven.
First up we have some of the weird and not so wonderful, like Rudy and his one man band.
Brittney and Courtney are identical twins from the bush and love to touch people hearts thrugh their music. They are called Phusion and are just 17 years of age. They break out into a rock song and everyone is suprised. Dannii didn’t like the song choice and everyone booes. Brian disagrees and he along with Kyle call her cold. The guys love them and give then two yes’s to Dannii’s no! They made it.
Name – Hugh, 79
Talent – Playing the handsaw to Waltzing Matilda
His career began in WW2 when he saw an Italian prisoner of war play the instrument (a bow and handsaw). After 65 years Hugh is ready to show Australia. Hugh can’t hear very well so Brian runs on stage to talk to him – that’s sweet!
Kyle – That was the mot Australian and talented thing I have seen on the tour. Yes! He has three yes’s and is through!
We then have a comedian and a world record breaking donut eater – a whole three donuts in one minute! Wow I did more than that when pregnant!
Name – Justin
Talent – Buck the Bronco’s mascot singing “Mustang Sally” by The Commitments
Brian – Great voice
Dannii – So AGT! Loved it!
Kyle – Really really good

Now we have Toby J and Suzie Q who are engaged and are aerial performers. They are really good and the trust they must have in one another! Kyle thought it was great and he was sweating, Dannii couldn’t believe she was hanging on by a foot. Brian reads their bio and tells Kyle that they won the Asia Pacific Pole Dancing Championships – they say they can bring it next time. So Kyle is an immediate yes, he then finds out Suzie was Miss Nude Australia and he declares they are going alll the way to the finals! Very funny. They are through with all saying yes.
The next act are called Divine Knights who do theatre pop who look very Empire Of The Sun or bedazzled Adam Lamberts! Kyle thinks it’s odd, Brian liked the song and Dannii loved it – but they need a big leap. All say yes.

Talent – Acapella Group singing “Somebody Told Me” by The Killers
Brian wants to join them – 3 Yes’s.
Luke Heggie is a so-called comedian, Dannii and Brian like it – I DON’T! AT ALL! Yes I get the laid back, dry humour, but it’s done so much better by so many others – Brian and Dannii say yes.
Name – Nick, 37
Talent – Singer
At 19 his dad passed away and with an elderly mum and an intellectually disabled brother, he gave up a promising career in a band to support his family. God bless ya Nick! He sings “This is the moment” and he could easily win this – I LOVE NICK! You can just imagine him on stage in a musical, it’s quite emotional.I will be bold enough to say the best I have seen so far!
Brian – Dissapointed that we had to wait 20 years to hear that voice.
Dannii – Not one more drop of heart and soul he could have put into that song.
Kyle – I like your talent and love of family – you are fantastic!
All say YES!!! GO NICK!!!
The last act are The Pigs, a band who sing Bluegrass and mix it up! They sing Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” and are great – the crowd loves it and Kyle has a dance along – ala Beyonce. They are cool and are through!
