Now FOXTEL subscribers can get even more value from their subscription with the introduction of Australia’s largest catch up television service providing access to hundreds of hours of On Demand programming to watch instantly.
The catch up service is available to FOXTEL customers who connect their internet-enabled FOXTEL iQ or iQHD set-top-box to the internet. Available catch up programs are free with a subscriber’s relevant channel package.
Once connected subscribers can catch up on TV shows and movies from over 50 of FOXTEL’s popular channels providing content each week including the latest episodes of VAMPIRE DIARIES (FOX8), HART OF DIXIE (FOX8), SWAMP PEOPLE (A&E), THE WALKING DEAD (FX), SONS OF ANARCHY (showcase), PROJECT RUNWAY ALLSTARS (Arena), THE FADES (UKTV), and STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS (Cartoon Network). Keep on track with your returning favourite series in June including TRUE BLOOD (showcase), FALLING SKIES (FOX8), AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL (FOX8), and UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS (UKTV).
Brendon Moo, General Manager of FOXTEL On Demand said, “FOXTEL provides its customers with the best entertainment experience possible, and now we’re providing even greater value for their subscription with the introduction of our multi-channel catch up service.
“By simply using their FOXTEL remote, subscribers can catch up on programs they may have missed from over 50 FOXTEL channels they know and love, and best of all it is all free with their relevant channel subscription.
“Connecting the internet to their internet-enabled iQ set-top-box will provide access to over 1000 TV shows and movies to choose from at any one time. Content will be updated daily, and we aim to add more channels over time.”
Catch up TV shows and movies will generally be available to download to a subscriber’s planner from midnight on the day of broadcast. Once in the planner, the program can be watched as many times as you like within a 28-day period. Once downloaded into the planner the “i” button will provide information on when a show will be deleted. Just press ‘On Demand’ on the remote and then select ‘By Channel’ to search, or alternatively browse any of the menus within On Demand.
