For the fourth time this year, Ten have dropped House from their schedule.
House was set to return in double episode on Saturday nights from Saturday May 26.
Now it is out, in favour for an encore of Bikie Wars and a movie.
Surely now it is time Ten finds a regular timeslot for House on ONE or ELEVEN – although, based on recent months, being on a digital channel does not guarantee a regular timeslot either.
Fact is, no matter where Tne schedule House now, ratings will suffer as fans will be reluctant to commit to the show, knowing full well it can be moved or taken off at a moments notice.
I am aware of one fan who has given up, waiting for the DVD release of the unaired season.
There inlies the problem of erratic and irregular scheduling by free to air – people give up. Like expereinceing bad customer service from a store, once they are gone, they are very difficult to get back.
No news as to when, or even if, House will air again.
