The new series of PEPPA PIG – the hit animated UK preschool program taking the world by storm – is coming to FOXTEL On Demand this month.
FOXTEL subscribers who have connected their iQ or iQHD set-top-box to their broadband internet will be able to watch new episodes of PEPPA PIG from the latest collection, the same day as it’s released on DVD, Wednesday, May 16.
A multi-award winning children’s series, PEPPA PIG is the talk in the playground at preschool this year. Fall in love with all of the characters – watch Peppa Pig, little brother George Pig, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig on their exciting adventures. Peppa loves to dress up, play games, have days out and of course – like any other pig – jumping in muddy puddles!
For just $1.95, FOXTEL On Demand is giving subscribers the opportunity to access a new, never-before-seen episode from the new series of PEPPA PIG, plus they will also be able to view a special bonus classic PEPPA PIG episode.
“Children and parents alike adore the animated antics of PEPPA PIG and FOXTEL On Demand is pleased to give FOXTEL subscribers access to episodes from the new series the same day they are available on DVD – a first for any TV series in the On Demand service,” said Brendon Moo, General Manager of FOXTEL On Demand.
The FOXTEL On Demand IPTV service works seamlessly with the existing FOXTEL service and on-screen TV Guide providing another dimension to the FOXTEL entertainment offering including movies On Demand, a catch-up service, and extra TV content only available through the On Demand IPTV service. When a program has been purchased and starts downloading, the progressive download technology means you can start watching a show before it has completely downloaded.
FOXTEL subscribers must have an eligible ADSL/cable broadband service with an available Ethernet port. FOXTEL recommends a minimum broadband speed of 1.5MB per second. The iQ set-top-boxes use broadband internet to retrieve content and it must be connected to the internet at all times. Subscribers should call the FOXTEL call centre on 131 999 to activate the On Demand service once plugged in, or for advice on how to get set-up.
Telstra BigPond customers will have unmetered usage of the FOXTEL On Demand service, any Internet Service Provider (ISP) is compatible with FOXTEL On Demand.
