Previous episode: The Biggest Loser Australia: Singles Season Seven – Final Challenge
It’s our final Thursday catch up before the big finale week next week.
To begin, we recap the week that was. We then look at how Graham has been doing since leaving The Biggest Loser. He is using tyres and his nephew as weights and his diet has radically improved.
We then have a better look at Alex’s train the trainer’s session with the Commando. After that rather revealing scene, we then see Sammy going into the gym to interrogate Shannan about the training. He thinks Margie trains the hardest. She says she does 40 hours a week, and she confirms this in a one on one interview with Sammy afterwards. She then interviews Alex about his injuries and his time in the competition. He is currently in the medic with another injury, but the medic claims he never complains.
After the break, Sammy catches up with Brenda who is treating herself to a snack. She quizzes Brenda about her diet. She finishes her tour with Kasey and they discuss sleeping arrangement. Kasey shows off her barbie doll collection, which has faces of family members on them.
Afterwards, Graham goes to visit Norman Swan for the usual visit.
