Yep, programming on Nine changes tonight once again at the last minute.

There was a time when programming changes were mostly made by the network that was most struggling in ratings. More often than not, bad ratings or losing the week so far causes a network to resort to the ultimate of desperate measures of changing an entire night’s line up with a day or two’s notice.

But then there is channel Nine.

Perhaps too used to being able to get away with last minute programming changes, they have done it again tonight (Wednesday May 2, 2012).

Instead of two repeat episodes of The Mentalist, now there are two repeat episodes of The Big Bang Theory after The Celebrity Apprentice tonight, at 9.41 according to the EPG, then follwed by a repeat of The Mentalist.

If that’s not enough, there is also (granted – was mostly already scheduled as such) three episodes on GO! – at 7pm, 7.30pm and 9pm, plus two episodes of Two and a Half Men.
