The semi-finals have been amazing and there is no doubt Australia has talent and tonight is the last semi-final. Who from last week though has made it through?
The top three from last week are Flowers for Midnight, Johnny Taylor and Dylan the stripper – Go Dylan! The highest votes went to Flowers for Midnight. Now to see who the judges will vote for, both deserve it Kyle says but he votes for DYLAN! C’mon Dannii vote for Dylan, do it for the girls. She says it’s all about entertainment so after last week’s performances it goes to … Dylan is through. Brian said he would have voted for Dylan as well as it was pure entertainment.
The first act up is:
Name – The Black Diamonds
Talent – Drill Team
Ok, a drill team that looks like Vegas cabaret to Harry Connink Jr’s “It Had To Be You”. Where’s the marching? It looks great but is this drill? Much preferred the first performance they did.
Brian – You came out and I was very disappointed at first. But then the feathers came out and it was very surprising, very skilled – Congratulations.
Dannii – Girls it was fantastic. It went from all the precision in the feet to the arms. I wanna see you girls back again.
Kyle – I loved the marching band stuff and when you came out I had to check it was the right act. It was flawless and you girls could win this thing.

Talent – World musician
Tonight’s performance he says is all about Byron Bay and sensuality. He wants the whole audience embracing by the end of his performance. Brian and Kyle are cracking up. It’s not bad, a lot better than last time – very Carnival.
Brian – It’s all crazy and I don’t know why I am saying this, It’s little bit of genius all put into a weird pot. I don’t even like Byron Bay but it works.
Dannii – None of that goes together, but someone must have spiked my chai tea because I’m literally booking a flight to Byron to see you perform.
Kyle – That was cool, you are a strange man to watch. I was in Rio with you.

Name – Monique Le Bas
Talent – Opera Singer
Brian is nervous about this performance. She starts off well and has a stunning voice an is singing a song from “Carmen”. She is truly talented and gifted. The first standing ovation from the judges.
Brian – The acting was brilliant, the vocals were exceptional – 100% perfect performance.
Dannii – We loved you the first time, but you completely just blew me away. It was opera in 3D.
Kyle – It was great, not usually my sort of thing but I loved it. I thought it was very cool. If opera was that comedic and dramatic I’d be interested, but unfortunately it’s not.

Name – Ten Days After Christmas
Talent – Brother boy band (9 and 11)
They sing a song behind a giant rabbit head and it’s like seeing two mini Moby’s in the making.
Brian – You guys are so cool and every song you write is so catchy. I can’t wait until you guys are 18. I love it.
Dannii – You’re so cute. Some bits I didn’t know what you were singing but it was very cute.
Kyle – Dannii and Brian are both parents so they entertain little kids, however I am someone who doesn’t like kids thought the song was excellent.

Now Timomatic performs, who has gone on from a contestant on last year’s show to now current superstar to tour with Janet Jackson, Nicki Minaj and Flo Rida. Tonight he premieres his new song “Can you feel it” – what a performance.
Name – The Nelson Twins (Chris and Justin)
Talent – Comedians
Tonight they have decided to hang a bit on the judges – will it work or backfire. Oh they are funny, I love them.
Brian – You are genuinely two very funny guys. I really hope people vote for you and you make it to the grand final.
Dannii – (Dannii is cracking up) I have been waiting for you to come back and perform and you absolutely delivered.
Kyle – Loved it, think you guys are brilliant and Brian won’t stop talking about you.

Talent – Mind reader.
The new dad freaked Kyle out last time and he’s going to combine his past profession of carpentry with mind reading. He has 4 nail guns and Grant has loaded one with nails and Anthony has to guess which gun has nails and doesn’t while Grant shoots them into him. That was so hard to watch. AMAZING!
Brian – It was brilliant and really entertaining and now I want to know what you will do next.
Kyle – You nailed it. That was amazing and a stand out winner tonight.

Name – Kookies N Kream
Talent – Dance Crew
They rock it out and are fantastic, so many different genres and appeals to all ages. Will help them they used One Direction music with the young voters.
Brian – This reminds me of Justice Crew who came out and changed every thing. To all the other dance crew’s across Australia, that is how you put on a performance.
Dannii – You are the most gorgeous bunch of kids. That was perfect, absolutely perfect.
Kyle – That was sick, the songs were hot. I love every one of you and thought it was great.

Loved The Nelson Twins and Kookies the best, but Anthony and Monique were so talented too. The semi-finals are now over and we go into the finals with Beside Lights, Jagger, Owen Campbell, Odyssey, Mark Lowndes, Joe Moore, Genesis and Dylan Yeandle! Justice Crew will also perform. It will be shown in all markets on Wednesday July 4 at 7.30pm against State of Origin.
