Seating plans for Big Brother’s launch night have been revealed and confirm that the iconic eviction ramp will not feature for the show’s ninth season.
The eviction ramp was a unique addition to the eviction shows back in 2003 which allowed evictees to walk through the screaming crowd safely before heading on stage for their interview.
While the stage was removed for the 2008 season of the show, what is different this time is what is replacing it with seating plans revealing a new catwalk style walk will be added to the front of the auditorium in front of the stage which takes evictees/ entering housemates across the auditorium before heading onto the stage. Plans and mock ups can be viewed here.
It’s not the only news coming out of Big Brother. With the show only three weeks away, house photos have been teased via the Official Facebook Page, it has been speculated that a live feed will not feature and it has been pretty much confirmed that Big Brother will feature intruders.
All will be revealed soon.
Big Brother Australia airs Monday, August 13 at 7PM on Nine.
