Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – The First Weekly Task Begins
The housemates have been dancing, but has it been to victory? The results of this week’s task are in and on the line are gym equipment and a luxury shopping budget.
DAY 4, 7.32AM: The housemates are woken to compete in yet another dance-off for 90 seconds as part of this week’s task. Afterwards, some of the housemates talk about the bread. Meanwhile, Michael is bitching about Ryan in the backyard. He thinks he is stupid, and claims to be ‘done’ with him.
Josh and Angie talk about Bradley and ‘roping him back in’. Big Brother, a very older sounding Big Brother, calls the housemates to the lounge for the results of this week’s task.
Task Result: PASS
The housemates quickly greet their new gym equipment. Stacey wears some high shoes on the treadmill! Estelle and Bradley are bonding at the barbeque. The housemates are still talking about his social skills.
1.43PM: Ray is talking about his addiction to chocolate milk. Stacey’s fix is Nutella. Bradley is in the diary room. He’s feeling great today and feels he is getting on well with the girls, but he has a lot to learn.
Later, in the kitchen, the housemates work out their shopping budget. They have a huge whiteboard note pad. Layla looks annoyed, but everyone wants to get out of there- it looks tedious with everyone screaming out ingredients.
The boys play a game of cricket and Bradley seems to impress with his skills. Michael is called to the diary room. Inside is a LOT of bags containing the shopping. The housemates ordered $1,412.15 worth of groceries. Big Brother has only given them half of what they wanted.
5.14PM: George and Charne are talking about supernatural occurrences in a house Charne used to live in. Coincidentally, in the bathroom, Benjamin is talking to some of the housemates about a psychic experience.
Later, Estelle and Josh talk about Bradley’s personality. They then talk about Josh’s spray tan. In the kitchen, Layla is still learning how to speak Australian.
Ryan talks to Angie about how people perceive him before Angie has a conversation with the majority of the house about how she can’t figure him out.
The episode ends with the girls called to the parlour to discuss the latest gathered information on the boys’ secrets. The boys are also discussing the girls. Afterwards, in the diary room, Estelle tells Big Brother that her mind is in overdrive.
