Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – The Yes No Task Begins
Everybody’s favourite talking fish is back- but what will it bring?
DAY 16, 7.41AM: Bradley is asked to come to the diary room as part of this week’s yes/ no task. He is asked to play the piano accordion. He is asked to wake up the housemates with it.
Benjamin and Sarah are asked to come to the diary room to prepare breakfast for Ray. The housemates continue to bitch about Ray. Layla then tells Stacey in the backyard that she did not ‘get’ with George last night. George hopes he isn’t leading her on.
11.19AM: Estelle and George are working out in the garden. Michael and Josh inside are talking about the ‘hottest’ girl in the house. Relationship talk floods the house. Luckily, Big Brother puts a stop to it by asking if Stacey would like to meet Ryan Gosling. She is called to the diary room. As it turns out, she gets to meet…a cardboard cut-out of Ryan Gosling.
Later, George has a conversation with Layla, hoping he isn’t leading her on.
1.07PM: The nominated boys will tonight throw the usual Family Dinner. This week, a chairperson must be chosen to maintain order at the table. The boys choose Ryan to host the dinner.
Zoe is in the bathroom when SURLY speaks! He gives her a secret mission after giving her the same rules given to Michael. Zoe is asked to take out some money from the top drawer. There is $500 which will be all hers if she goes to each of the boys individually and tell them all a story starting with ‘This time when I was in New York’.
She accidentally tells everyone the same story, so she fails. Surly gives her one more task to redeem herself. She must throw Ryan’s best shoes over the back wall. She does so, but she can’t even speak to Surly because everyone follows her! She wasn’t allowed anyone to see her. Ryan goes to the diary room about it and Big Brother puts her ‘behaviour’ down to sleep deprivation. Luckily, Zoe gets the money!
6.07PM: This week’s family dinner will have a royal theme in honour of Layla, who is technically a Polish princess. Benjamin quizzes Ryan on Estelle and later, the boys call the situation awkward. In the lounge, Layla talks about George’s concerns for leading her on. The girls do not approve, and neither does Layla, thinking the line makes her look like an idiot.
Many of the girls seem to just want a ‘Big Brother’ romance. At least they’re being honest about it.
8.29PM: The family dinner now gets underway. They talk time machines, Josh flirting with Angie, throwing glasses of water in people’s faces and what the Big Brother house has ‘taught’ them.
9.51PM: Stacey gives ‘Ryan Gossling’ a lap dance. The housemates then talk about the final discussion over dessert. The discussion is on…oh, goody, relationships!
11.07PM: It’s George’s turn to discuss his ‘leading on’ comment with the boys. They just seem to laugh at it.
11.32PM: The housemates get ready for bed. Ryan and Ray talk about Estelle and Ray and Estelle’s relationship. Ray thinks Ryan has come out of his shell tonight. Ray also thinks Benjamin hates him.
12.29AM: Michael is called to the diary room and, as part of this week’s yes/no task, is given the same question as George. Michael stated previously that he loves his long hair and wouldn’t cut it. He answers no.
12.49AM: Zoe comes to the diary room to talk about Surly.
