Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – Secrets Revealed Live
If you haven’t gotten into Big Brother yet; now’s your chance! The nominations begin and so does the REAL game! Only the girls are eligible for nomination tonight, but everyone votes! Who will face Nine’s FIRST eviction?
We’re promised a new points system, which will explain the change in nominations they’ve been promising.
Before all that, let’s catch up with life in the house!
The first thing we watch is a recap of Bradley’s birthday. We’re reminded of Estelle and Ryan’s kiss.
The next morning, people are talking about it. They agree not to tell Bradley. Estelle hopes she hasn’t hurt him.
It isn’t long before Bradley finds out and he doesn’t look like he’s too happy!
We then jetset to last night. The girls have a chat and decide NOT to worry about nominations and just enjoy their time. We also have a look back to when the boys were given the same task as the girls have had for the last week- guess the secrets of the opposite sex!
Later, in the bathroom, Angie admits to Michael that she wished the boys had lost. They are talking about nominations! In the diary room, Stacey calls the whole thing the ‘nomnoms sitch’. Later, Sarah is happy the girls are up because she loves the boys, but she doesn’t want anyone to leave. She cries.
In the bathroom, some of the housemates quiz Ray on his juvenile offences. In the kitchen, Josh clarifies that he has been on 100 dates, and has not had 100 girlfriends nor has he slept with 100 women.
Night time approaches in the Big Brother house and Angie is whispering to Josh about what Ryan is doing. They are certain he is inkling for another night with Estelle. Yep, he gets in her bed. Ryan and Estelle now whisper about Angie and Josh; thinking they’re cuddling. Nup; they’re spying on you, Estelle!
Afterwards, the housemates discuss George’s richness. They discuss the prospect of winning the prize money. George says he will shout them all a trip to Perth if he wins. Benjamin wants a trip even if he doesn’t win.
Then, the housemates talk about Michael’s secret. Oh, god, the cameras are doing that ‘cut to Sonia to show her laughing’ thing again when something funny happens!
It’s now time to find out how the housemates will nominate this year!
Nominations Twist: Each of them will have five nomination points to allocate to the two housemates they want to nominate. They can nominate one housemate for 4 points and the other for 1; or nominate one housemate for 3 points and the other for 2. They are also told the usual rules of nominations.
It’s now time to nominate.
We are shown the hidden nominations room. It looks like the room will allow the housemates to ‘strategize’ and ‘influence’ nominations. Sonia then crosses to the house to tell them what they’re playing for and to chat with them generally. They’ve nicknamed her ‘Krugz’.
The females are called to the nominations room (Via the diary room). Inside the room are high chairs and a glass box. On the walls, the female’s faces are shown! Michael is called to the noms room!
Yep, Michael is going to have to step into the glass box and NOMINATE the girls in front of them! Luckily, the girls can’t hear what he’s saying- so this isn’t face-to-face. Big Brother does some funny sound tests to make sure the girls can’t hear.
