After the horrific and tragic ending last night of season 8 of Grey’s Anatomy, comes the news that the first episode will cryptically be titled “Going Going Gone.”
Show creator Shonda Rhimes has already all but confirmed that at least one or two more cast members will die in the first few episodes of seaseon 9 adding to the loss of Meredith’s sister Lexie last night.
McSteamy’s Eric Dane will only be returning for two episodes and Patrick Dempsey recently tweeted this ominous photo, so it looks like he may be on his way out after the plane crash and things were certainly looking grim for Arizona and McDreamy’s hand.
Or could Going Going Gone refer to the ratings after the finale last night was only watched by 511,000.
Grey’s Anatomy premieres in the US on September 27th and will be back on 7 in February
