Big Brother Australia Season Nine – Estelle, Bradley & George face eviction – Who Will Go?

Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – The Big Brother Bust Up!

Bradley is a little annoying, Estelle likes a good whine and George is just a few words short of a good conversation. All excuses to vote them out, but who will be the unlucky one?

The episode begins with a look back at the week that was. We then have another look at Angie and Layla’s fight. We see that Angie was a lot more confrontational than we first thought.

We then look at highlights of the morning after the night before. Layla has never seen that side to Angie. Angie is annoyed at the way Layla conducted herself. Josh, Layla and Bradley are called to the diary room. Big Brother sets them the task of giving Bradley a makeover.

The other housemates are locked in the backyard as this happens and Stacey is on hand to provide a good lot of entertainment. I must say, they do a good job with him.

After the break, Sonia tells us that this eviction is now the closest in Big Brother Australia history (for three-way evictions).

We return to the weekend where Layla and Angie agree to talk. Angie tells Layla she is disappointed in herself for getting to the point she did. Layla tells Angie about all of her concerns over the week. They hug it out. Layla later admits that if anyone treated her like that on the outside world, she would cut them off completely.

Ava and Josh are outside on the grass having another make out session. Bradley comes to the diary room to thank Big Brother for his makeover. Outside, Michael goes for a nudie run.

Layla and Sam are in the bedroom having a long chat. Angie looks on with a questioned look.

It’s Saturday in the Big Brother house and Michael decides to try to rekindle his bromance with Josh when Ava leaves the bed. Michael later describes Ava as a glass of warm water in a cocktail lounge.

Meanwhile, Benjamin has created a new word- ‘Meepers’, which are people who create conversations for no reason. Later, Big Brother gives the housemates KFC. Bloody product placement.

We then cross live to the house for the eviction results.

Eviction Result

The housemate with the most votes and who is safe from eviction is… Estelle!

It’s Time To Go…George!

EVICTION TALLY

ESTELLE – 39%

BRADLEY – 31%

GEORGE – 30%

VOTES TO SAVE

George said he didn’t have a clue who would leave. George is reminded about having the super power this week. His relationship with Layla is a huge topic of conversation during the interview.

KFC TOP 3 MOMENTS

#3 – When He Broke the Board

#2 – Calls Layla Ava

#1 – His Kiss with Layla in the Pool

And finally, George decides to give his super power to Layla.

George would like either Bradley or Zoe to win.

Oh, and a quick bit of news- there is NO intruder entering the house this week. The ‘intruder’ in question is actually a dog, and hence, not a contestant!

Big Brother Australia next airs Sep 24 at 7PM on Nine.

On an interesting side note, there is A LOT of backlash happenbing right now on the main page. There was an ad played this afternoon showing that George had already been evicted and surprise surprise HE WAS! They apologised on the facebook page stating it was a a “technical error”. Something fishy is going on – the voting is rigged &/or people are forgetting that it’s vote to SAVE. I can tell you that if it were still vote to evict George would be in the house! Seems very ironic that he was apparently already “evicted” when the ad played and happened to also leave tonight when Estelle has been the favourite to go for 2 weeks in a row!

Without seeing the ad, I can’t really comment. All I can say is that evictions DEFINITELY air LIVE and housemates aren’t booted until the show- so I have no idea what is going on.
The apology on Facebook does state that three different ads were prepared in the event any of the housemates were evicted. From watching footage of the UK version, usually producers prepare ALL media and footage (as in best bits, exit music, ads, etc.) in the event ANY HM leaves and I guess the same also happens here. There is no reason to believe George was evicted ahead of voting lines closing.

George was boring. He didn’t bring hardly anything to the house. Plus that week he broke the chalkboard and made them lose the gym and pool.. maybe people got mad over that.

        Agreed George was boring

I think it was just a muck up I don’t really like estelle but she’s growing on me and I’m glad she stayed

Muck up? The results were SO close, it’s not like George was way behind in save votes that they knew he would definitely be evicted and the ad aired in the afternoon BEFORE the show even aired and before the eviction lines had apparently “closed”

Channel 9 always make mistakes with there ads so in my opinion I think it there were 3 ads prepared and some idiot at 9 played one but guess we will really never no. doesn’t bother me but I’m still gonna watch bb :)

all 3 housemates would have ads prepared so they could premote the show for tomorrow from 7:30 onwards. Just before the break of the eviction announcement sonia said something along the lines of cashing a chequge out of the house i wonder if this was a dead giveaway or bad timing
