Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – House 1 Vs. ‘House 2’
The housemates are given three more challenges to complete. Can they beat off ‘house 2’ in any of them?
Day 23, 9.09AM: Josh and Bradley are talking about the stresses of nominations. Bradley doesn’t think Sarah is coping with being nominated. They talk it out in the bedroom later. Ray comes to the diary room and explains that the whole Rap Party saga influenced nominations a lot. Sarah and Ray soon clear things up and hug it out.
In the kitchen, Layla and Josh also believe Sarah isn’t taking it well. Housemates are then called to the lounge room. Today, they will be competing in Big Brother’s Big Quiz. They think they are going up against the other house, but they’re actually going up against Harry the Horse. Housemates take it in turn to answer multiple choice questions. MICHAEL DOESN’T EVEN KNOW THE CAPITAL OF TASMANIA!!!!! What the hell?!
Funnily enough, house 1 loses to Harry the horse.
12.28PM: The housemates are talking about the second house. They don’t want to believe ONE thing that they’ve been told. The housemates are shown more house 2 footage and Benjamin still thinks the housemates are fake. It’s time for the third challenge- the nominees must bake a cake for the other house to have as dessert as part of this week’s dinner party.
The winners will get to watch a whole episode of the other house. Angie is dead cert there is NO other house.
In the bedroom, Estelle and Benjamin talk about Estelle’s chemistry with Josh, but she wouldn’t go there.
Outside during the afternoon, Josh, Layla, Zoe and some others discuss Josh and Angie’s relationship.
As relationship talk continues, the cake task is almost over. Soon, it is over for good, and they’ve done a great job of it!
5.57PM: ANOTHER challenge begins- a human chess game! They are versing a child prodigy of the sport. I love that little kid! He calls Michael stupid. Try asking him what the capital of Western Australia is!
Michael was the chess man but Angie is a chess champion and Michael is annoyed that people aren’t willing to put their heads on the line. He comes to the diary room to discuss this further.
8.27PM: Angie and Josh talk about the pros and cons of being on Big Brother. Josh then talks about his musician life.
It’s then time for the weekly family dinner. There’s a Mexican theme. It’s a smooth state of affairs. Then comes the cake prepared by ‘house 2’. It’s quite professional- leading Ben to join the ‘house 2 is fake’ bandwagon.
11.31PM: The winner of the cake bake off is house 2. The house throws house 2’s cake everywhere. Layla has never experienced throwing cake in people’s faces before.
Housemates are cleaning up but Bradley is not happy about the cake fight. He seems to now believe in house 2 again. The housemates are annoyed that Bradley bitched about the house with BB.
Sarah basically doesn’t care.
