Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – How Is Sam Fitting In?
Layla and Angie’s relationship has been sitting on a knife’s edge all week- but tonight, it all comes to a head in a very dramatic way!
DAY 39, 9.42PM: Sam is doing some chin ups and the girls are looking on in awe. Layla could watch him all day. Zoe calls him ‘open season’ in that everyone could have a crack. Meanwhile, Josh & Angie are having breakfast in the captain’s quarters. In the lounge room, Stacey, Layla and Zoe talk about Angie. Zoe calls her the manipulator. Benjamin is there as well. He thinks Angie ‘makes’ them agree with them.
Angie & Josh’s time in the captain’s quarter is finally over. In the bedroom, talk turns back to Sam. George thinks Angie, Layla and Estelle are fighting over him but Bradley says he isn’t keen on any of them at this stage.
Later, Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa announce to the house that they have failed this week’s BBFM task. There’s no real explanation, but Stacey has topped an online poll of which housemates deserve a reward and she is treated to a screening of The Notebook.
10.54PM: The housemates play another game of truth or dare. Layla goes for dare and George wants to dare her to kiss Sam. Angie thinks it is a bad idea and Layla tells her to shut up. Angie keeps stipulating it is a bad idea but Layla does it. Sam is then asked to kiss Zoe and Estelle. Angie asks George if it hurt to see Sam hook up with Layla and he says no, but Layla isn’t happy with her reaction. Angie is then asked to kiss George and Angie doesn’t want to because of George’s relationship with Layla. Sam later rates Layla as the best kisser.
Stacey is still watching her movie. She later goes out where Layla tells her about everything that happened. In the kitchen, Angie kisses Sam.
12.03AM: Sam is worried the truth or dare game is causing conflict. He confides in Layla. Layla has no idea why Angie is acting weird, and Angie doesn’t know why Layla is acting weird. Layla talks to Angie about what she’s just talked to Sam about. Angie is annoyed as Layla thinks there was no break up with George. When Estelle jokes about being an adjudicator, Angie loses it and walks out. Layla goes after her. Angie doesn’t like how Layla is being defensive.
Layla then goes on a rant about how there was nothing to the kisses tonight. She thinks Angie is making her feel like a weirdo because of what she did.
12.42AM: Angie is in the pool. Sam left a mark on her neck and Layla wants to know what it is. Angie doesn’t answer her questions and Layla gets annoyed. Angie thinks Layla is attacking her. Angie looks like she is about to have a physical confrontation. Big Brother calls her to the diary room.
Angie wants to leave. In the bathroom, Layla tells Estelle she wanted to form a bond with her this week. They hug it out. Angie is asked to come back tomorrow. She then goes into the bathroom, making everything awkward. Angie decides to sleep behind the couch tonight.
