V, the energy drink, has released a web tv series featuring David from the Umbilical Brothers as part of a hilarious new ad campaign. The premise of the web series is that Cole & Paul have been commissioned to cast the people to play parts in V Rentals as part of a hilarious new ad campaign. They run a talent agency based in St Ives on Sydney’s North Shore that only represents people from the suburb, and the duo have come up with completely wacky ideas for what the V Rentals client wants.
By drinking cans of V people can collect barcodes to trial unique experiences such as a monkey butler to serve you chips and V; a mini-you; a unicorn chauffer; a fixie farthing; a pimped-out jacuzzi truck to impress your friends; and bodybuilder removalists to help you move house. And so on and so on.
