Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – Mid-Week NomNoms
Four housemates face eviction for the very first time this year. It was a shocking outcome- how did the housemates cope with it?
8.34PM: Bradley, Sam, Angie and Michael find out they are up for eviction this week. Michael’s nomination shocks the house. Housemates talk about the possibility of Estelle hearing their nominations. Zoe is shocked Michael is up despite nominating him. Bradley is in the diary room. He thinks the housemates are sick of him.
Layla and Sam talk about Sam’s nomination in the pool. Sam is convinced he won’t be going.
8.43PM: Angie blames her nomination on her good looks. Michael and Angie joke about nominating each other to avoid being up for eviction. This is against the rules. Meanwhile, Zoe feels guilty for nominating Michael.
Some housemates comfort Michael for being nominated for the first time. Michael and Angie are then called to the diary room to be reprimanded for talking nominations. Michael gets his second strike. Angie gets her first. One more strike and Michael is out.
To lighten the mood tonight, Big Brother provides some product placement to the housemates. And by product placement, I mean KFC.
DAY 45, 8.59AM: We return to the start of the day where the phone goes off as part of the task. Stacey answers it. Angie’s dad is on the other side. For $200, she can hang up on her dad. She does it, but they still have to spend $300. While it is upsetting for Angie, even Layla got upset by this.
Stacey and Benjamin are surprised at how well Josh is taking Ava’s departure. Sam and Bradley are called to the diary room. If Bradley dresses up as a bandaged hospital patient and Sam as a nurse, they lose $85. They take it.
12.42PM: Housemates are told to go to the kitchen where there are nice refreshments. Michael is called to the diary room. He is told to collect Josh and visit Surly. He gives them exclusive access to the Executive Bathroom. Surly gives them some props to cover their bases while they are in there. They have a nice bath and a beer.
Housemates uncover the secret (of the fake props) pretty quickly- and rightfully so- the props are shit! But they are none the wiser as to where they are. Stacey and Benjamin make good use of the prop wigs. Haha; those two are brilliant. When they find Michael and Josh, the pair pretend they were in the Captain’s Quarters.
Housemates begin to play noughts and crosses on Bradley. Meanwhile, Benjamin is comparing himself to Michael.
Later, Big Brother sets up a kissing booth with an elderly man. They do splendidly.
10.27PM: We’re back after the nominations and Estelle is still annoyed about Michael’s nominations.
Layla is soon called to the diary room and is told she is the 100th diary room visitor. She is given $100 for walking through the doors. This means they have to add money to their task.
In the bedroom, Angie explains to Michael how she thinks the wall feature MUST be a door. We recall her trying to open it on day one. Michael plays dumb. Aww, Delilah is sleeping very…oddly.
Anyway, it’s Confidential time now- that show with all the stuff that should be on the daily show!ughtmates begin to play nel and Josh, the pair pretend they werre min make good use of the prop wigs. Haha; those two are brill
