Previous Episode: Big Brother Australia Season Nine – Big Baby’s Birthday Bash!
Gameplay is rife in the house but as we near eviction and the final nominations; anything could happen!
DAY 67, 9.01AM: Delilah is trying to wake Michael up. Zoe’s Pumba doll is still missing and Benjamin and Estelle start the day on rocky ground. Sam must have told Benjamin that he stole Pumba because Benjamin knows.
Angie and Stacey are waking up to their final day in the captain’s quarters. Benjamin, despite never winning a captain’s quarter’s challenge and getting all stroppy about it yesterday, wants today to be positive. He is in the diary room confirming his feelings yesterday was because he never seems to win at anything.
9.40AM: It’s time for the results of this week’s task! They have passed this week’s task!
12.11PM: Benjamin is jogging in the back yard. Angie and Sam think he’s having a bad day. Seems Benjamin is having a hard time convincing people that today is a positive day! They then talk about people who talk behind people’s backs.
Layla and Zoe are lying in bed doing nothing. Angie and Sam talk about Estelle. Benjamin is, at the same time presumably, talking about Sam.
Estelle comes to the diary room to find an MP3 player! Big Brother tells her she has a moral dilemma to sort out. Meanwhile, Benjamin needs to make friends with Estelle again. You know, in time for the eviction/nomination. Even Stacey and Michael seems to disagree with him based on the fact they don’t hate her, but find her difficult to live with.
So, Estelle’s moral dilemma is that she can listen to her favourite Eminem track once or give Benjamin an hour’s worth of Madonna and Kylie Minogue. This is clear favouritism at its absolute blatancy! The producers know Estelle and Benjamin squabble and Benjamin bitches about Estelle behind her back! Giving Estelle this option guarantees Estelle a stronger fan base. There’s no way she would have said no! I’m not saying she is a bad guy or wasn’t a good guy- but this automatically gives her good guy status without her directly earning it!
5.41PM: Benjamin begins his hour with Madonna and Kylie.
Estelle: I know you’ve been bitching about me, but I don’t care.
Oh well, I don’t really like Benjamin anyway.
Because Estelle was moral in her actions, she is rewarded with her song anyway.
At night, Michael has an idea to create an aqueduct to drain hot water from the sinks to the showers; which only has hot water an hour a day.
8.17PM: Benjamin asks why Estelle thinks he is saying things about her. Uhmm…because you are!
Michael puts his aqueduct system in action and it works quite well. Angie comes in to criticise the idea and Sam and Michael are not too happy. Michael feels ‘meeped’.
