Melbourne has shown signs of improvement on and off the field under new chairman Jim Stynes, while the Bulldogs have mounted a strong case for a top four finish and a good tilt at the flag.

The Demons won the last clash between these two clubs as the Bulldogs 2007 season faded badly, but expect a much stronger showing from the hard running Bulldogs at Telstra Dome.
