Geelong’s five point win over Collingwood in the Preliminary Final before 98,002 people was arguably the best match of 2007. Collingwood was gallant in defeat, and history shows Geelong went on to win the Grand Final by 20 goals.

Geelong is favoured to go back-to-back in 2008, while the Magpies have displayed some indifferent form. Magpies coach Mick Malthouse will ensure the Cats don’t have it all their own way in what shapes as one of the season’s most gripping contests at the MCG on Friday Night Football.

PLEASE NOTE: Screening in Sydney and Brisbane only at this time.
