It's make over time for the model wannabes and the girls aren't too happy about it! Tyra, Jay and Miss J surprise the models with the news and announce they will be 'made over' by beauty guru Frederic Fekkai. Tears and tantrums follow when one model has a meltdown over her new hair cut, but they all must embrace their new look if they are to compete in a fast-paced make up challenge judged by celeb guest Queen Latifah.

One model then returns to the house a sore loser and causes a huge fight that amps up the competition for a "hair wars" photo shoot the next day. In this shoot the models are fitted with extravagant hair weaves and must prove that the hair style doesn't overshadow them. Who will when the battle of the hair wars? It's not who you think.
