The time has come for our little 5th Graders to graduate from the Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? school. We congratulate Callum, Darcy, Max, Moya and Sam on a school term well done and give them all an A+ for effort. They have helped the adults of Australia win thousands and thousands of dollars in prize money.But before the graduation party starts we catch up with Shelley who we first met last week. Miss Shelley is a sparkly tap dance teacher and mother of three from Melbourne. Could Shelley be our biggest winner yet? Or will she flunk out? Last week on Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? we met 39 year old Ed a.k.a Egghead. In his school years he was awarded a meritorious award by the local council. Ed's passion is flying. As a child he wanted to be a pilot. He has since gained his piloting licence, although it's recently lapsed.Two new contestants join the class tonight. We meet 24 year old Ben, a Production Sales Man-ager from Paddington. He left school at Year 11 to look for good job opportunities and a chance to utilise his 'charisma and charm'. And then there's Shelley. Miss Shelley is a sparkly tap dance teacher and mother of three from Melbourne. Watch for the message her adorable class of 3-5 year olds send to wish her good luck. He's a new father and is about it give up his job to begin his training as a Primary School Teacher, so you'd reckon he'd be on track to prove he is smarter than our five 5th graders wouldn't you?

Two new contestants join the class tonight and we meet 33 year old mother of three Salome (pronounced Sa-low-me) from NSW who ended up marrying her primary school sweetheart and Jarod, a 26 year old Student Welfare Officer from Queensland. Having a mother who's a 1st Grader teacher and a father who was his school Principal you'd expect that he will go far!
