Being such a talent, the 17-year-old is currently the lead singer in her school band, has picked up a leading role in her school musical and performs in a gospel rock choir group each and every week.

Hi, Chrislyn. I am Tina's mum (you know--Tina G., Year 10, from Redcliffe State High School. She played the Mayor's wife in the high school musical, "Seussical" with you. Anyway, I don't normally post things on the Internet but I just wanted to say "Congratulations" on making it to the Top 12 in "Australian Idol"! I saw you perform in the school musical "Seussical" last month, and again at the Redcliffe State High School Wine & Cheese Night. You are simply brilliant! Amazing. What a star. Tina says to stop being a "stalker"(lol). No, really, you have a wonderful charisma on stage. You are a natural performer. You are going places, for sure. Congratulations! well im so very proud of her she has come a long way and she has still a long way to go but she will do it i know she will if not on ldol she will always be in the music and i am glad of that she might not know it but i love her to bits U GO GIRL dad xxx
