And here are the Australian Idol Voting Numbers

Andrew G and James have informed us that there might be some gratuitous nudity tonight and at the mention of Matt Corby's naked ass in the bath sends the young girls in the audience into a screaming frenzy.

Ben McKenzie was born in 1990 and is singing Red Hot Chili Peppers - Mother's Milk - Higher Ground Higher Ground which was originally sung by Stevie Wonder by Ben is going to attack it in the style of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Ben has such a smooth voice but I'm not convinced that this was a good song choice. It sounds a little too busy for me but the crowd seems to love his performance tonight. As for the judges, Mark asks him to re-evaluate what Australian Idol is all about and wants him to give his song choices more thought because he wants to hear some heartfelt messages rather some world message that he didn't connect to. Dicko tells him it wasn't a Chili Peppers version and he has no idea where he's heading in the competition. Marcia is sick of everyone picking on him and tells him to listen to the screaming audience. Kyle says that sometimes he likes to hear songs that don't need to connect with anything and just have fun.

Marty Simpson was born in 1986 and has chosen to sing Crowded House - Crowded House - Now We're Getting Somewhere Now We're Getting Somewhere from Crowded House

SMS MARTY to 19 10 10

I just don't like Marty's voice at all. Why does he have to put on an accent? It's certainly not hiding his pitch problems. After last week's comments Dicko asks why he's still here. He thinks he plays with fire singing a song that isn't that well known and didn't make it onto the greatest hits album but was happy he sang it in reggae. Marcia is happy to see him getting more comfortable every week. Kyle says that if that's the artist he's going to be then they know what to expect when he leaves but he just couldn't keep up with him this week. Mark says that while Dicko may say he's one of the best vocalists on the show, he thinks he's the worst performer they've ever had on Australian Idol.

Natalie Gauci was born in 1981 and is singing the Lionel Richie and Diana Ross classic The Definitive Collection - Endless Love Endless Love

SMS NATALIE to 19 10 10

This isn't too bad from Natalie this week but, like some of these other contestants, I'm not entirely sure they're providing anything consistent from week to week. Marcia absolutely adores her but thought it was disjointed in parts. Kyle thought the first part was boring but it picked up towards the end and hopes she can pull it together in the future. Mark thought that for a torch song, the batteries were low. He is also worried about her becoming a wedding singer. Dicko says that every performance needs to be a building block to who they want to be as an artist and all the song styles leaves him wondering who she is as an artist. He also thinks she has more costume changes than Mariah Carey.

Carl Risely was born in 1982 and is singing George Benson's George Benson - The Best of George Benson - Turn Your Love Around Turn Your Love Around

SMS CARL to 19 10 10

It's nice to hear Carl singing something a little different tonight. He really does have a nice voice. Kyle says he's one of the more likeable contestants backstage but thought it was a little uncomfortable tonight. Mark liked to see him getting out of his comfort zone but he's doing the same interpretation as the original and calls him a one trick pony. Dicko would like to hear him do a gay ballad and thinks he's the only one who has really made a stamp on who he wants to be as an artist and thought it was actually his most comfortable performance. Marcia thought his song choice was dynamite and that he was comfortable.

Matt Corby was born in 1990 and is singing a Phil Collins classic Hits - Another Day in Paradise Another Day in Paradise

SMS MATT to 19 10 10

This is yet another incredible performance from Matt. I love his arrangements. I love his voice. He's pure talent. Mark says it's no big secret that he has a great image but he really needs to work on his vibrato because people will either love it or hate it. He also really wants to see a fun side of him. Dicko loved his version of a song he doesn't really like but he needs to vary things a bit. Marcia tells him to stick to what he's doing. Kyle thinks that as long as he can melt the hearts that he does every week then that's all he needs.

Tarisai Vushe was born in 1987 and is singing Greatest Hits (1980-1994) - I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me) I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me)
Call 1902 55 55 66
SMS TARISAI to 19 10 10

I was a little worried that this was going to be a sad reworking of the song but thankfully Tarisai picked it up. I'm still not liking the affected sound to what she does with her songs. Dicko says she's the second crazy person to perform a duet on her own. Perhaps it's due to her multiple personality. Dicko thinks she's not the real deal yet though. Marcia loves the fun that she brings to the show but warns her to watch the back of her throat. Kyle thinks she's ready right now and thinks she's a true artist. Dicko thinks she needs a bit of finesse. Mark asks who chooses her songs. He asks why she would choose a gospel song like that and sing it with so little spirit. Mark says the spirit did not move him and he's still complaining about only getting small glimpses of the real Tarisai.

Daniel Mifsud was born in 1983 and is singing the iconic Michael Jackson - Thriller (Special Edition) [Remastered] - Billie Jean Billie Jean
Call 1902 55 55 67
SMS DANIEL to 19 10 10

One of the biggest songs of all time by one of the most recognisable artists on the planet. Big shoes to fill and I think Daniel needs to be wearing a few more pairs of socks. Marcia says it's one of her favourite songs of all time and adds that it's not easy to dance and do the falsetto. Kyle thought it sounded good on paper but all it did for him is showed his flaws. Mark said it was nice to have a beat tonight but he's concerned that he is plateauing. Dicko says that he has some vocal limitations which is like recreating the Mona Lisa with felt tip pens.

My bottom three for the night? Natalie Gauci, Marty Simpson and Tarisai Vushe. Can we get rid of Marty now, please?
