Demelza is sad that she's lost a good friend in Alyce but she's happy that she's lost a distraction so she'll be on her game to win this.

The phone rings and it's Jmail. The top 3 are heading overseas at the end of the week to a fashion destination.

Charlotte waltzes in with Ian Thorpe and says that they're there to give them some lessons about working with the media.

They fire the girls questions and Demelza really stands up and impresses Charlotte who really hasn't been a fan. She sets the bench mark for the other girls. Caris bombs though as she takes a long time to answer. Sam can't really answer anything but that has been a trend over the last few weeks. Alex starts off well but she falls for the donut gag and contradicts herself over how she would buy a fake bag.

The next phase is an interview which has Charlotte and Ian giving them questions which lead them to give answers that set themselves up. The headlines aren't flattering when they read back the responses. It was pretty uncomfortable but tomorrow's challenge is going to be hair raising.

Demelza confronts Alex about what she said to Charlotte about her being the fattest and the bitchiest. When Alex asks her what she would like her to say about her in interviews she can't provide an answer. The discussion gets aggressive and Demelza says she can't trust her any more. Demelza walks away and doesn't want to deal with her any more.

Demelza cries to Sam. Alex writes a letter and puts it in Demelza's room in the hopes that she'll read it. It says sorry but that they shouldn't make cliches about how they don't really get on.

The girls meet Jonathan at a hotel where he has 4 key journalists who will give them a grilling. The journos are Shane Sutton (Editor in Cheif, Famous Magazine), Fiona Byrne (Social Columnist, Sunday Herald Sun), Shelly Horton (Social Columnist, The Sun-Herald) and Alex Needs (Entertainment Editor, Woman's Day).

Caris is up first but has Shane desperate for it to be over. Fiona would have preferred her molars be pulled.

Alex lies about her lips and says that the judges had told her to. Alex was very strategic in her answers to Fiona.

Shelly loved Sam and how she opened up about her sexuality. Alex also loved Sam who flirts with him.

Shelly thought Demelza came out well in the end after exploring the bullying incidents but she thought that she may have been playing her a little. Fiona's heart went out to her and thought she was either a very good actress or something else and gave her a sense that there is a much bigger story there.

After deliberation, Sam finally gets a win under her belt. Sam takes Demelza with her while the other two don't entirely miss out on going to the Puma launch. They're going to be waitresses tonight.

Sam and Demelza arrive and laugh at the ugly pink dresses that Caris and Alex are wearing.

In the morning, Demelza and Sam head to Nova 969 where they do their radio interview while Alex and Caris watch from a booth across the studio. During the on air interview they're given Jodhi Mail which Sam reads out. Demelza thinks that they're going to be doing a fairy tale photoshoot.

They meet Paul Westlake and Jonathan for their photoshoot. Demelza's shoot is to try and catch fairies. Jonathan isn't sure she got the idea behind the shoot. There was something holding her back which puts her at the bottom of the pack.

She tells the other girls who are getting their hair and makeup done that it was really hard.

Samantha is playing air guitar while wearing an Africa themed dress with feathers. She didn't find it her thing though with some of the facials she thought was silly.

Caris is trying to get insects out of her hair like a puppet on a string.

Alex works herself up backstage to the point of feeling like throwing up. She really gets into a lion tamer mode and took the direction really well and went with it. She thought it was odd but interesting. By the end of it, Alex is really in the zone and comfortable with what she was doing. She gets a 9/10 from the photographer.

On the judging panel is Ian Thorpe and Paul Westlake.

The girls are asked to do a catwalk about in a bikini again before they take a look at their photos.

It's not a unanimous decision but leaving this week is Caris.
