logieThis year’s Logies guests will be feeling very warm and fuzzy with two of the world’s top crooners performing live at the annual awards ceremony.

Michael Buble and Bruno Mars have been recruited as the main entertainment at the television awards, held on April 7. Really – are they serious? Where are the TV stars? Is this the Aria’s or Logies? The 80′s were great. I better stop as might offend influenial people – but seriously. Where are the OS acts or Aussie success stories being guess stars? The 80′s and 90′s supported Aussies! Tony Abbott wears a rainbow hair net as part of an organ donation campaign. We’re still 6 months out from election day, but if the polls are to be believed, Tony Abbott is destined to be elected Australia’s 28th Prime Minister. After coming so close three years ago, the “new Tony” is determined to win this time, and is going to great lengths to convince us he’s a changed man. Even his gay sister is speaking out, to endorse the new and improved Tony Abbott – a 21st Century man who can admit the mistakes of his past. And while blood runs thicker than water it’s still a hard act for her to sell.

By the way – love the gay pride scrubs! Continue reading »

bonnyI can’t have favourites anymore. Each time I have one they go. First was Akuc, then Cooper and lastly the beautiful Bonny. “You have to tackle that one when you’re asked,” she laughed. “I’d have to see, but I think it’s amazing that Kate’s doing that.” Continue reading »
