Andrew’s twist of fate:
Saved: Andrew
Nominated: Joel

Tonight is the double eviction/double intrusion tonight.

33 year old Michelle is our first intruder. She doesn’t think she’s gonna get on with Emma at all.

24 year old Zach who thinks his life is full of drama. He sounds like he’s gay. Right off the bat I can imagine that these two are going to add some interesting flavour to the house.

Michelle is sent to the rewards room to wait. Zach will be heading into the house during Uplate with Mikey and Bree.

The first person to leave this week is Emma. Now it’s all about to get very interesting. Travis says he’ll see her later in FHM and Ralph. Aleisha is upset. Boy is the house going to be different now. Gretel then tells us that Emma has been told by her brother about the death of her father away from all the cameras and has been taken away to spend some time in private. So that means that we wont be seeing Emma tonight. I wonder how long it will be before she appears back on Big Brother.

The second housemate to be evicted tonight is Rebecca. Rebecca only had 4% of the vote, only 1% ahead of the next person and if it wasn’t for Billy’s twist of fate, she wouldn’t have been up for eviction at all.

Emma comes in to see Gretel after Michelle has entered the house and talks about how she wants everything to be left as was her fathers wishes. She almost had a record with 76% of the vote being given to her. She was told about her father’s death last night and spent the whole night crying.

This week, while it will be interesting to see the new dynamics with the two new housemates, the phone that has been sitting idle since the housemates moved in will ring for the first time.

Bindi Irwin’s emotional tribute to her father Steve Irwin has aired on the American cable TV network, Animal Planet.

The hour long show was devoted to the strong relationship Bindi had had with the late animal adventurer.

Bindi: The Jungle Girl will premiere in Australia on July 18.

What does everyone think about Andrew winning Friday Night Live again? What is that? Three times now?

The Friday daily show has to have been the best Big Brother show this season. How funny was it when Big Brother turned on the cameras to see the Ice Mates scoffing their faces full of Domino’s Pizza and Mars Bars?

What a great episode!

How funny is Big Brother with that Ice Cave?

Jamie’s face was just priceless when he saw all the goodies the the Ice Mates had been enjoying.

And as for Emma feeling sorry for them every time we hear her speaking. Brilliant, brilliant task. How mad are they going to be when they find out what they’ve been missing out on?

Former Big Brother contestant Krystal Forscutt has been chosen as one of two females to feature in the new Need For Speed racing game, ProStreet.

Since leaving the Big Brother house last year, Krystal Forscutt has modelled for men’s magazines and appeared on celebrity singing show It Takes Two. She will play a “flag girl” in the latest installment of the Need for Speed game.

ProStreet, which is set for worldwide release in spring, will be available on virtually all gaming platforms, and will provide Forscutt with international exposure.

Charlotte Dawson stands with two tremblingly nervous but excited finalists, Stephanie Hart and Alice Burdeu. Tonight, one of them will win tonight’s live finale of Australia’s Next Top Model.

5000 applicants gave us 13 worthy finalists. They studied through 15 lessons. Took on 20 challenges. 14 photo shoots. 2000 steps on the runway. Styled in 33 different outfits and countless more of their own. Wore hundreds of pairs of shoes and a kilometre of hair extensions. After 10 intense and emotional eliminations, two finalists are left. Alice and Steph.

Jodhi Meares takes to the catwalk in front of the live studio audience. This is a world first where the voting public will decide who will be Australia’s Next Top Model.

16 year old Steph was a mess after Jordan was eliminated last week. 19 year old Alice thinks she has the confidence to be Australia’s next Top Model.

The final task is a walk off at Australia’s Fashion Week. The first casting is with Fashion Assassin. Alice is worried about the street stuff as it’s not really her. She’s also exited about Alex Perry but think he’s going to be very picky.

Alex Zabotto-Bently from Fashion Assassin greets the girls and says they’re casting for their fashion week show which will be one of the biggest shows of the week. They are looking for models who will stand out. Alex gets the girls to try on some clothes and then walk a fun walk that isn’t too structured.

Alex thought it was the wrong outfit he’d chosen for her. He gives her a gold skirt which he loves.

Alex goes through Steph’s book and gets to the fifth page and says “You’re so in the show”. Alice also gets the nod from Alex.

The girls head off to Alex Perry and have to perform in front of four people. They’re a little worried about Steph’s confidence. They like the fact that Alice is very commercial.

Back in the studio, Jodhi Meares introduces the judging panel which includes Charlotte Dawson, Jez Smith, Alex Perry and Jonathan Pease. As it is a special show, there are three special judges, Priscilla Leighton Clark, Napolean Perdis and Vogue editor Kirstie Clements.

Alex introduces Stephanie to Miranda Kerr who gives her the advice, believe in yourself. Alice is full of nervous energy before walking out onto the runway. Alex thought she looked angelic.

Stephanie slips on a strap that had broken on her shoe but she kept going like a real pro which made Alex proud. She was worried about the judges thoughts after the stumble.

Back in the studio, Alex thought that the girls had done really well and the slip on the shoe strap didn’t bother him at all. They all think that Alice has a better physique than Steph on the catwalk.

The Fashion Assassin show is next and Alice says that Steph must have offended the shoe gods because she’s broken another shoe.

During the pep talk before the show, the girls are told that it’s all about sexy. Steph was just what the judges thought she would be but they thought Fashion week belonged to Alice despite the fact that Alex likes Steph more in front of the camera.

A fight breaks out on the judging panel and Alex doesn’t think Steph will land a job and there is even some dispute as to whether Alice did in fact own Fashion Week.

Now it’s time to bring the girls out. Steph says her word of the day is anxious. Alice’s hair is so red that she looks like she’s on fire.

Charlotte talks to Alice about how she’s so skinny. Alice says that there are far bigger issues in the world to deal with.

It’s time to meet the rest of the girls from the series. In order of elimination:

Jaimi Smith, Cobi Marsh, Cassandra Hughes, Kara-Lee Taylor, Stephanie Flockhart, Jane Williamson, Sophie Wittingslow, Danica Brown, Paloma Rodriquez, Anika Salerno and Jordan Lukas.

We get a recap of all the bitchiness and cat fights from the last few months before the voting lines are closed.

Ian Thorpe comes onto the stage to offer a $5000 prize to Jordan.

Charlotte asks the other contestants who they think will win Australia’s Next Top Models. Jaimi votes Steph. Cobi says Alice. Cassandra votes Steph. Kara-Lee votes Alice. Jane says Steph. Sophie says Steph. Paloma thinks Alice. Anika says Steph. Jordan wants Steph to win but can see Alice on the international runways. So that’s 5 votes to Steph and 4 to Alice.

It’s decision time and instead of making that decision behind closed doors, tonight the decision will be made in front of everyone. First off, those who will be employing the very deserving winner.

Firstly, Priscilla Leighton Clark thinks that it should be Alice. Napolean Perdis is quite torn and is going to give away a package for the runner up but his vote also goes to Alice. Vogue editor Kirstie Clements votes for Alice as well. It seems everyone thinks Alice is ready now and Stephanie is still a little way off being completely ready.

Jonathan gives Steph his vote. Alex gives his vote to Alice. Charlotte votes alice. Jason says his photography vote goes to Steph. Jodhi gives her vote to Steph which makes it 5 – 3 to Alice.

They ask the girls for their thoughts as to why they should be Australia’s Next Top Model. Alice plays the “Steph is younger and not ready but I am card”. Steph says she has fallen in love with modelling like she never knew she would and that she is ready.

The winner of Australia’s Next Top Model for 2007 is Alice Burdeu.

As winner, Alice will have a 12 month contract with Napolean, feature in an 8 page spread in Vogue magazine as well as an international shoot and a Ford car.

At 8:14am, Big Brother wakes the housemates to tell them that they have 2 minutes to collect their essential items as they are leaving the house and they can only take what they’re carrying. Outside they are confronted with stretchers and a very different environment. The sauna is now the diary room and there is even an outdoor toilet.

Big Brother asks the housemates to gather around the campfire and asks Aleisha to read a letter out loud. The housemates must survive outside all week and use only 15 buckets of water. They must eat sleep and bathe outside. There is $100,000 on the line if the housemates can accomplish this task.

There is a lot of discussion about who will crack it. Big Brother asks everyone to gather around the fire again and asks Thomas to read out the letter in the envelope. There is one barrel filled with water and a second barrel which is empty. The filled barrel may, at any time, start to drain water. Any water must be collected in shells and transferred to the second barrel. At the end of the week, the second barrel must be above a certain level for the task to be successful.

The first time it happens there is a frenzy with everyone involved. The shells are small and can’t hold much water and results in the housemates forming a bit of a chain to get the water into the second drum and them biffing the shells back to the start of the line. If they’re too slow, water will be wasted.

Rebecca heads into the diary room to announce that she thinks it is a great task but that she’s probably going to go batty this week. Particularly when it comes to being able to escape the presence of some people in the house.

Laura is complaining about missing home during this task. Daniela mutters something which Laura gets upset at but I don’t think it’s that big of a deal.

Big Brother wants four housemates to volunteer for another task which will be “arduous”. Rebecca, Thomas, Travis and Andrew are then asked to enter the Big Brother shop. They are about to enter a new room in the house. A room that is literally, freezing. They enter the ice cave and Rebecca reads the letter which tells them they are now ice mates. They are not allowed to tell their other housemates anything other than the conditions were cold harsh and miserable despite the fact that they have warm soup and sushi. As part of the task, they have to chip off chunks of ice and put them into the two red buckets to fill the esky’s.

It doesn’t take the ice mates long to fill the buckets which leaves them plenty of time to enjoy the luxuries of the ice cave. They head out with their buckets and make everything sound so difficult. When they head back inside, there is ice cream awaiting. Cold, but easy.

When they head back in next there are lollies, chocolate fondue, snickers bars and an air hockey table. Outside, everyone is feeling sorry for the ice people. Inside, they’re having a blast. Rebecca beats Travis and does a dance before he shows his butt in response.

When they head back into the ice cave again after making the other housemates feel terrible that they seem to be working so hard in such awful conditions Thomas says “So.. where were we?” Everyone laughs as it is quite funny. Travis does wonder what would happen if Big Brother turned on the cameras now for the other housemates to see.

It’s about 10 degrees and everyone is complaining about the rain and the temperature and yet Thomas has his shirt off.

They’re all crouching around the pool under the overhang to try and stay dry and are telling stories. Laura tells a sob story about being in a woman’s refuge and how that she’s never been in a relationship and about how hard it is to learn to love people.

Travis says the happiest time in his life was the day his little boy was born. He says that there is no better feeling than to know you’ve creating something. He tells Laura that when she has a baby, she will know what love is and that it will come natural to her when she does.

Aleisha says hers was the day she met emma.

While everyone is outside in the rain and cold, the ice mates are back inside eating marshmellows and melted chocolate. They manage to fill the chilly bins and call it a night from their “arduous task”.

Emma says Zoran has been quiet the last two weeks but today he’s short and gone back to being loud.

Andrew asks Emma if Daniela is her mate now. Emma says not even and adds that she’s really happy about Sunday and can’t wait.

Aleisha pulls Billy up on his affection and something he said about not knowing about it and that she thinks he’s an imposter. I think she thinks he is leading her on.

Rebecca asks Jamie what secret he thought she would have. He answers that she is actually an exotic dancer with no morals. Jamie confides in Rebecca about the time he spent in an orphanage as a child.

All of a sudden the water call goes out and it’s battlestations. Everyone is jumping to help transport the water via the shells to the second drum.

It’s no longer about voting to save, it’s about voting to evict.
