The 125th Precinct raids a no-tell motel, where they discover a city councilman in a somewhat compromising position. He has a story similar to Sam’s – after a head injury, he finds himself in 1973.

The councilman, Bobby Prince claims to be from 2009 and has enough details about current events (circa 2009) that Sam believes him. However, the councilman is murdered before he can tell Sam the way home.

Lt. Hunt locks down the Precinct. Until the killer is found, everyone is a suspect – hookers, a combative newlywed couple, a tourist, an out-of-work dry cleaner, and the cops themselves. Hunt discovers the murder weapon and Sam discovers that the hooker found with Prince is more than she seems.

Meanwhile, Ray and Annie are locked on the outside. Sam asks them to investigate Prince’s death. Ray wants to work alone, but Annie won’t back down. Prince’s secretary tells them she was supposed to meet a man in the park to accept delivery of a box, contents and source unknown. While in Prince’s office, Annie discovers a list almost identical to Sam’s list of possible explanations for his timeshift to 1973.

Could councilman Bobby Prince hold the key to Sam’s time travel?

Over at Bondi’s emergency referral hospital SASH, a seven-year-old kelpie has been brought in with a bone stuck in her throat.

Dr Lisa needs to perform an endoscopy to extract the bone from Jess’ throat. It is a very delicate procedure and Dr Lisa needs to ensure that Jess’ oesophagus isn’t permanently damaged.

An abandoned baby goat has landed on the doorstep of the clinic. Dr Chris and staff nurse pan back to health and introduce her to a new beach lifestyle before she is rehoused at an historic mansion.

Goats

*The domestic goat (Capra aegagrus hircus) is a subspecies of goat domesticated from the wild goat of southwest Asia and Eastern Europe.
*There are 300 distinct breeds of goats.
*Goats are one of the oldest domesticated species.

Hot Tip From Dr Chris

If you’re having trouble with mouthy mutts or moggies chewing on your home’s cherished items, then there is a safe and easy solution. Good old “Vicks Vapour Rub” will do it safely and successfully…and clear your sinuses at the same time! Just rub a light coating on chair legs, electrical cords, soles of shoes etc and you’ll keep those teeth at bay!
