Randy Cambell performs his spectacular "Tightrope Walk of Death" over a shark-infested pool, while Alex Zane singles out one hapless contestant in his "Brain Game". All this plus the second outing for Robin Huxtable, when he visits the Dorset Steam Fair au naturel!

At the end of the show the audience vote for the artist who they think should receive the Balls of Steel trophy. In tonight’s show Alex Zane plays matchmaker in his ’Sex Contract Game’ while Thaila Zucchi, the Bunny Boiler, is preying on men in front of their girlfriends in the park. Neg develops a new urban sport as he attempts to ’Make ’Em Move’ and the Annoying Devil gets busy interrupting people’s leisure time while Ross Lee becomes the World’s Worst... Barman. Also tonight, the Pain Men make a welcome return to show us that the kitchen can be a very dangerous place indeed.

New comedians and performers carry out a series of stunts and pranks on members of the public and celebrities to prove they have Balls of Steel. In tonight’s show Alex Zane catches out another batch of game show contestants, Dawn Porter gives some more British men a run for their money, and Robin Huxtable, the Naked Man, takes a trip to the countryside. Toju, the Militant Black Guy, tackles butchers selling black pudding, Randy Cambell is shot out of a canon by his useless stunt co-ordinator, and Olivia Lee makes a splash with her Prank TV.
