Tonight’s first quarter final of BATTLE OF THE CHOIRS sees Sydney’s Soulfood, Melbourne’s VoxSynergy, Brisbane’s Birralee Blokes and The University Of Newcastle Chamber Choir engage in choral combat. There are only four spots in the semi final, two of which will be decided tonight. Which two choirs will our judges decide are good enough to move a step closer to the $100,000 grand prize?

Tonight’s show includes performances of songs made famous by James Brown, Queen, The Beatles, Sarah Maclachlan, John Farnham and Earth, Wind and Fire.

The featured artist in tonight’s Mystery Medley Challenge is ABBA.

Our four judges have full say on who makes it through each round of the knockout competition with three choirs eventually going head to head in the Grand Final.

The winning choir will be awarded $100,000, plus they’ll get to record an album for Universal Music.
