The competition kicks off with the geeks being told they have to sing karaoke and dance in front of a group, while the beauties have to make a speech on a political topic they’ll only learn at the last minute.

The winners send two couples to the first elimination round.

Richard and Lauren, two cast members from Season 1, travel to five cities searching for beauties and geeks for Season 2. The pair plan to spend a month finding eight clueless beauties, and eight incredibly geeky geeks. Lauren says a classic geek wears glasses and has no sense of style. Richard explains that he’s looking for women who stick out in all the right places.
